Job Summary:
At Masconomet Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, our Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) are the heart of our community. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is a vital role on our team, and we're excited to offer this part-time and full-time position to the right candidate.

Job Description:
As a CNA, you will work closely with our nursing team to provide exceptional resident-centered care in a warm, respectful, and supportive environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting residents with daily living activities while supporting comfort, dignity, independence, safety, and emotional well-being

• Observing, documenting, and reporting changes in resident condition while maintaining infection control and safety standards

• Participating in care planning, team communication, and creating positive experiences for residents and families

Requirements:

• Active CNA certification in MA

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions

• Ability to meet the physical and emotional demands of caregiving
