Pharmacist

Acara Solutions is looking for a PA State Pharmacist Licensed for one of our clients in Lehigton, PA. This is a fully onsite position. Compensation: $65/hr- $67/hr it is a salaried position Schedule: - 4 10's 8am-6pm and 9am-7pm - Weekends are Saturday only 9am-5pm, one per month On call for emergency only. Job Duties: Follows the Standard of Practice to dispense prescriptions Performs all quality assurance steps to insure a technically accurate prescription is dispensed. Reports dispensing incidents in a t imel y manner, in accordance wi t h com p any guidelines Follows all State and Federal regulations governing the practice of Pharmacy Oversees the initial submission, resubmission, and collection of all third-party claims Manages and balances t h e pharmacy inventory to ensure maximum rums w h ile remaining in-stock for customer needs. Ensures prescription files and other manual records are maintained in accordance with all state and federal guidelines Ensure outstanding customer service is exhibited by all employees always Insure all loss Prevention policies are followed by all employees and report deviations from said policies to Loss Prevention Oversees the maintenance of the pharmacy department to insure a clean and professiona l environment Maintains and develops professional relationships with doctors and others in the health service professions Maintain awareness of deve l opments in the Pharmacy and Health Care Serv i ces fields that relate to job responsibilities and integrates them into own practice Maintains confidentiality regarding all patient information Facilitates communication between professional staff and pharmacy personnel. Work on-call schedu l e , where applicable Interacts w i th FacilityManager in the appropriate completion of hiring practices , performance r eviews and disciplinary actions of pharmacy department personnel. Perform MTM, IMMR, short stay reviews, delivery at discharge, and other clinical functions to support consultant pharmacists and maintain compliance at customer locations. Assists in meeting or exceeding budgetary sales guide lines and operating the pharmacy within said guide lines Interface with various auditors and outside agencies, as needed Job Requirements Qualifications: Minimum: BS or Pharm D degree in Pharmacy Job Requirements: Possess and maintain a valid State License and current registration to practice Pharmacy Ability to stand/walk throughout majority of shift Job Skills Required: Strong customer service and communication skills Strong Organizational skills Basic keyboarding skills Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
