Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide skilled therapy services in compliance with state and federal regulations. The selected candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment and discharge plans, and delivering therapy aimed at enhancing independence in daily living skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients based on physician orders and referrals.
• Develop and regularly update individualized treatment and discharge plans.
• Document services provided accurately and in a timely manner.
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) in accordance with practice acts and facility policies.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT/OTD).
• Active state Occupational Therapy license (or ability to obtain).
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills.
