Multi-Line Phone Receptionist | Fast-Paced Law Firm
Our law firm is seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to manage a busy multi-line phone system and provide exceptional client service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls on a multi-line phone system
- Greet clients and visitors professionally
- Open and sort incoming mail
- Assist in other areas of the office as need and time permits
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a legal office preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational and computer skills
