Schedule Monday – Friday 7:00am to 4:00pm Responsibilities Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs bydeterminingthebestproducts and solutions. Ensuring the delivery of personalized customer service throughtimelyquotations andaccuratesales orders. Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers. Answer salescallsfor general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions. Ability to effectively use customer relationship management (CRM)systemand phonesystem. Qualifications 0-3years of sales and/or customer service experience ispreferred. Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus. Exhibit strong skills for sales, including the ability to upsell. Proventrack recordof responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make decisionsin a timely manner. Ability to react well in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments. Highlymotivated andcustomerservice orientedmentality with abilityto build relationships is a plus. General digitalliteracyincluding Microsoft Office. Pay Range $18.71 - $29.92 Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
