Responsibilities

• Embrace the fast-paced rhythm of our bustling kitchen, keeping dishes sparkling clean and ready for the next delicious creation.
• Take pride in maintaining impeccable cleanliness and sanitation standards, ensuring a pristine and hygienic kitchen environment.
• Work alongside a passionate culinary team, supporting their efforts by swiftly handling dirty dishes and utensils.
• Keep the kitchen in perfect order, organizing and restocking supplies to ensure seamless operations during peak hours.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and flow of the kitchen, ensuring that our chefs have everything they need to create culinary masterpieces.
• Play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences, as your attention to detail and dedication to cleanliness leave a lasting impression on our guests.

Qualifications

• Dishwashing experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred.
• Able to read documents and written instructions to understand sanitation requirements, safety rules, equipment operation and maintenance, policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Certification in food safety and sanitation is a plus.
• Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and all holidays.
• Stand for long hours, often in wet conditions.
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs (racks of dishes, garbage bags).
• Work in a hot, humid, and fast-paced environment.
• Bend, stoop, and reach frequently.
• Operate dishwashing equipment safely.
