Physician Liaison - Full-Time | Connect Care | Build Relationships Manchester, United States | Posted on 08/20/2026 The Staff Pad has partnered with a reputedhealthcare organization in Manchester, TN and we are looking to hire adependable Physician Liaison to serve as the primary relationship managerbetween the hospital, specialty clinics, and referring providers across theservice area. This role promotes hospital and specialty physicianservices, strengthens referral relationships, educates providers on availableservices, supports referral growth, and improves access to specialty care. The Physician Liaison works closely with physicians,clinic staff, and hospital leadership to support strategic growth initiativeswhile enhancing the provider and patient experience. The role also represents the hospital within thecommunity through outreach, educational events, and networking opportunities toincrease awareness of services and improve regional access to care. Schedule: Full-Time What You’ll Do Referral Development & Provider Relations Buildand maintain strong relationships with primary care providers, advancedpractice providers, specialists, clinic managers, and referralcoordinators Conductregular outreach visits to referring provider offices within thehospital’s service area OrganizeLunch and Learn sessions to educate providers and staff about hospitalservices, specialty clinics, and referral processes Serveas the primary contact for referral sources regarding specialty servicesand clinic access Identifyopportunities to increase referrals and support service line growth Monitorreferral patterns and collaborate with leadership to address referralbarriers Helpidentify new growth opportunities among referral sources Maintainongoing communication with referral sources to support satisfaction andretention What We’re Looking For Education & Experience Bachelor’sdegree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred Relevanthealthcare experience may be considered in lieu of a degree 2–3years of experience in healthcare marketing, physician liaison services,business development, provider relations, physician recruiting, or relatedhealthcare field preferred Ruralhealthcare experience strongly preferred Experienceworking with physicians, clinics, referral networks, or service linegrowth initiatives preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Understandingof healthcare referral processes and provider operations Knowledgeof healthcare services, physician practice management, and specialtyclinic operations Abilityto analyze referral trends and identify growth opportunities Abilityto work independently while maintaining regular communication withleadership Proficiencyin Microsoft Office and CRM or provider relationship tracking tools Strongrelationship-building, networking, interpersonal & communicationskills Strongorganizational and time management skills with a self-motivated approach What You Can Expect Exceptional patient care starts with a team thatfeels valued, supported, and empowered - backed by comprehensive compensationand benefits every step of the way RetirementPlans PTO,Leave of Absence Maternity/DisabilityLeave FlexibleSpending Account #J-18808-Ljbffr The Staff Pad
