Pay & Benefits

• Pay Package: Base Salary of $650,000 (guaranteed for 2 years), transitioning to wRVU-based productivity model
• Additional Compensation: $50,000 sign-on bonus, $2,000 monthly fellowship stipend (if applicable)

What You ll Do

• Provide inpatient and outpatient cardiology care at a leading facility in Farmington
• Perform cardiac catheterizations, PCIs, CardioMEMS, and peripheral vascular procedures
• Utilize a newly renovated cath lab with dedicated procedural time
• Participate in a 1:4 call schedule (minimal call-backs)
• Collaborate with a supportive team of interventional and invasive cardiologists and APPs
• Optionally perform device/pacemaker placements (not required)
• Document clinical encounters using EPIC EMR
• Engage in program development and community outreach

What You Need

• Board Certified or Eligible in Interventional Cardiology (BE candidates considered; upcoming Fellows welcome)
• Missouri medical license (or eligibility)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to quality patient care and community engagement
