Business Transactions and Estate Planning Attorney

Hudson Martin PC is a law firm located in La Quinta and Carmel, California. We are looking for a full-time, in-office Business law and Estates and Trusts Attorney in our La Quinta Office. The ideal candidate will:
- Have a solid grasp of drafting business transaction and estate documents
- Be a terrific communicator who can handle frequent in person or telephone calls with clients and team members
- Be a solution finder
- Have excellent writing skills and take pride in well crafted estate and business transactions documents as to content and form
- Have initiative with a solid drive to learn, and and ability to multi-task while meeting tight deadlines
- Enjoy working both in a team and independently
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctorate degree
- California State Bar License holder in good standing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Experience:
- 3+ years of business transactions and/or estates and trusts legal experience with a law firm
Compensation:
- $160,000-$270,000 depending on experience
