This is an in-office role and cannot be performed remotely or on a hybrid schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including trial preparation, document review, and case management.
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, discovery responses, and motions.
• Manage case files, track deadlines, and maintain thorough documentation.
• Bill time according to firm standards, maintaining a high level of productivity.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience within the litigation realm
• Proficiency in legal research platforms and case management software.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys and staff.
• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification is preferred but not required.
