What You'll Do

• Assess patient function and performance through formal and informal tests
• Develop and implement patient-specific treatment plans based on assessment data
• Coordinate and submit treatment regimes for approval and update as needed
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on pathology, treatment options, and prognosis
• Perform therapeutic interventions including exercises, modalities, and patient education
• Collaborate with the physical therapy team and physicians to ensure quality care
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes accurately

What You Need

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in Michigan
• At least 1 year of outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• BLS/CPR certification
