Automotive Technician - Top Pay - No Weekends - AC In Shop
$150kLittle Falls Auto Service
Job Description
Job Description
Still working Saturdays? Still wondering if you are getting paid what you are worth?
At some point you stop being impressed by promises. Great culture. Competitive pay. Family atmosphere. You have heard all of it.
A shop is not defined by what it says. A shop is defined by what it tolerates.
Here is what we tolerate. Honesty. Accountability. Guys who chase the truth on a car even when it is uncomfortable.
Here is what we do not. Using the customer as our quality control.
WHAT YOU GET
- Monday through Friday only. Closed weekends
- Weekly pay. Guaranteed six figures, strong techs can make up to $150K plus
- Paid Time Off - 2 weeks starting Jan 1. 3 Weeks after 5 years
- Diagnostic time gets sold, not given away. You get paid to test
- Service advisors who know how to sell your work, not cut it
- Full bays. 4.8 stars and 580+ Google reviews keep the work coming
- Air conditioned shop
- Medical, dental, vision. 401k with 4% match
- 6 paid holidays
- Paid in house training
- Tools and equipment that actually work
THE WORK
All makes. Domestic, Asian, European. Advanced diagnostics, drivability, electrical, HVAC, steering and suspension, brakes.
We do not do engine and transmission rebuilds here. This is a diagnostic and repair shop. We want the guy who finds the problem, not the guy who replaces parts until it goes away.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You are probably not the loudest guy in the shop. Your work speaks for you.
You know that throwing parts at a problem is not diagnostics. You know shortcuts collect interest. You have spent years building your box and every drawer in it represents something you gave up to get.
When a comeback happens, and they happen, we do not bury it and we do not hunt for somebody to blame. We find out exactly what went wrong, we fix the process, and we all learn it. Every mistake we pay for should buy us something.
We are an independent all makes shop and we have been in Little Falls 27 years. Family owned. You will know the owner by name and he will know yours.
If you are already good at this and just in the wrong shop, let's talk.
Call or text me directly, Gary, at View phone number on ziprecruiter.com. That is my cell, not the front desk. It comes straight to me.
