I’m working with an excellent firm in Miami who are looking for an Insurance Coverage Associate.

This could suit someone coming from insurance defense, coverage litigation, property coverage, carrier work, or broader civil litigation who wants something more technical than another routine injury file.

Not that injury files are evil.

They just get old.

The work includes coverage analysis, coverage litigation, policy interpretation, discovery, motions, hearings, mediations, strategy, and working with insurers on complex disputes.

What they will want to see

• Florida Bar admission

• Insurance coverage experience, or strong insurance defense experience

• Good drafting skills

• Litigation experience across discovery, motions, hearings, mediations, or depositions

• Someone who enjoys the technical side of insurance work
