Senior Associate, Product Management – Decisioning Fulfillment Platform Team About the Team: The Capital One Decisioning Fulfillment Platform Team is looking for an exceptional Product Manager to help evolve Capital One’s platform journey. Decisioning Fulfillment is the process of leveraging information to determine a decision and then fulfilling it, such as approving a credit card or changing a credit line. Role Responsibilities Human Centered : collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria, identify and elevate any need for additional research, break down business epics into features and user stories, drive the team towards a minimum viable product. Business Focused : use hypothesis‑driven assessment of data to ensure the product delivers real business needs, own and prioritize feature roadmaps, manage risk. Technology Driven : work autonomously in an agile environment to conduct research and develop features utilizing new and evolving technology, collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists and subject‑matter experts, seek architecture strategy and technology trends. Transformational Leadership : participate in horizontal forums, harness a network of trusted relationships, articulate a succinct product roadmap and share with stakeholders. At least 1 year of product management experience or at least 1 year in product design, agile delivery, business analysis, data science, or software engineering. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering. 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer‑facing digital products. 1+ years experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences. 1+ years working with cross‑functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process. Compensation McLean, VA: $111,200 - $126,900 (Senior Associate) / $164,800 - $188,100 (Manager). Richmond, VA: $101,100 - $115,400 (Senior Associate) / $149,800 - $171,000 (Manager). Eligible for performance‑based incentive compensation including cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI).
