Sound Choice Insurance, LLC has been in business for over 30 years providing comprehensive insurance programs to our clients. Our team operates in a pleasant and friendly work environment and we are seeking an experienced and licensed Personal Lines Account Manager to add to our team to build and maintain relationships with our clients. Duties include: servicing existing clients - assisting clients with coverage questions - making recommendations as needed, managing billing issues, and endorsement processing; assisting producers with marketing and placing new and renewal business including online portal entry and rating; claims processing and assistance to clients. Knowledge of TAM/Applied system, Outlook, Microsoft Word & Excel is a plus.
