Oracle Technical Specialist

Job Summary
Oracle Technical specialist needed to design, develop, and support EPM Cloud Planning, Financial Close & Consolidation, and Narrative Reporting solutions, integrating with PeopleSoft and Oracle ERP for Federal/State government clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Groovy business rules, Planning forms, and workflows for financials, workforce, and projects
- Build Narrative Reporting reports/doclets for annual financial and budget book reports
- Configure Financial Close & Consolidation with Oracle ERP GL integration
- Develop EPM Rest API using Groovy and Python/EPM Automate for data ETL
- Support data integrations (FDMEE, data management) across ERP, PeopleSoft, and PPM modules
- Troubleshoot with Oracle Support; maintain planning artifacts through SDLC
Required Skills
- Bachelors in MIS/Computer Science/Engineering or related
- 12 yrs: Oracle Budget Apps (Hyperion, EPM Cloud, EPBCS, Narrative Reporting)
- 8 yrs: EPM Cloud/EPBCS financials, workforce, project modules + ERP budgetary control/PPM
- 8 yrs: Financial Close & Consolidation for Annual Reports
- 8 yrs: Groovy/RESTAPI/EPM Automate business rules
- 8 yrs: Python + EPM Automate scripting
- 8 yrs: FDMEE and ERP Cloud/PeopleSoft integration
- 3+ large Hyperion/EPM Cloud implementations at State/Federal level
Preferred Skills
- 3+ of: EPM Cloud/EPBCS, Workforce, Financial Close, Narrative Reporting, Groovy/Python, ERP PPM
