Pharmaworks, a ProMach Company, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from concept through completion and work directly with the Director of Operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves improving and building new processes, and enjoys collaborating across engineering, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams. What You’ll Do Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation within Smartsheet. Serve as the primary customer contact, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded. Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, finance, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution. Work with the Director of Operations and PM team to develop processes/tools to improve efficiencies within the PMO group. Monitor quality and ensure deliverables meet both customer requirements and internal standards. Track and report project performance, including costs, forecasts, and progress updates. Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies. Lead project closeout activities, including final documentation, lessons learned, and customer feedback. Manage Leadtime and Budgets for assigned projects to ensure successful execution. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. 1 to 3 years of proven experience managing multiple complex capital equipment projects in a fast-paced environment. Engineering to Order experience is a plus. Hands-on experience with commissioning and troubleshooting industrial automation or packaging machinery. Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and financial data. Proficiency with Smartsheet, ERP systems, Excel, and other project management tools. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a drive for continuous improvement. Strong communication skills to foster collaboration, accountability, and innovation. Knowledge of packaging machinery regulatory standards (FDA, ISO, CE Mark) a plus. Familiarity with Lean manufacturing a plus. PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus.
