Petco is seeking a Hospital Concierge for our Vetco Total Care full-service veterinary hospital in New York. You will be the friendly first and last contact for clients, handling calls, greeting visitors, and coordinating appointments to ensure a smooth experience for pets and their families.
The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a veterinary practice or customer-facing role, excellent written and verbal communication, and a compassionate, professional demeanor.
