Front Desk Associate
$17 - $19 per hourMARQUEE HOSPITALITY
Front Desk Agent - 7 am to 3 pm and 3pm to 11 pm Front Desk Associate Pay: $ 17.00 to $ 19.00 based on experience. We are looking for outgoing, professional individuals who enjoy working with guests and providing excellent customer service. Because hotels operate 7 days a week, applicants should have reliable transportation and be available to work their scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays when required. Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner. Check guests in and out. Answer phones and assist with reservations. Respond to guest questions and concerns. Process payments accurately. Maintain a clean and organized front desk. Communicate with housekeeping and other departments. Follow all hotel policies and procedures. Provide excellent guest service throughout the shift. Qualifications Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Dependable and punctual Comfortable using computers and learning hotel systems Professional appearance and attitude Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Our team members are an important part of our success, and we value reliability, teamwork, a positive attitude, and a willingness to help wherever needed . #J-18808-Ljbffr MARQUEE HOSPITALITY
