About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Financial and Strategy Officer (CFSO) with a modern and dynamic approach to the role. This is not a traditional CFO position; the ideal candidate will be a strategic operator and generalist leader, capable of architecting financial and operational infrastructure, ensuring data and insights are accessible, and driving cross-functional alignment. The CFSO will be a key partner to the executive team and board of directors, with a focus on shaping the future of the organization and driving initiatives that promote equity and access in the services provided. The role goes beyond finance to include leading an integrated portfolio that spans various critical functions, and the successful candidate will be a change agent with a future-focused perspective. Key responsibilities for the CFSO at the company include inspiring trust, building healthy teams, driving value, activating the digital agenda, modernizing skills, anticipating market change, and optimizing how work gets done. The role requires a leader with a bold, community-oriented, equity-informed, and well-being-driven approach, who is a technical innovator, an excellent storyteller, and possesses a flexible yet firm mindset.
