Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Hold an active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Michigan
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience serving K-12 student populations in a school setting preferred
• Strong communication skills with students, staff, and parents
• Ability to work onsite and adapt to school-based routines; remote positions are not available for this assignment

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for K-12 students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
• Provide direct therapy and interventions addressing a range of speech, language, and communication challenges
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Collaborate effectively with classroom teachers, counselors, and families to optimize student outcomes
