Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Registered Respiratory Therapist - NICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory therapy care for neonatal patients in the NICU.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administer and monitor respiratory therapy treatments and equipment.
• Float to Pediatrics as needed based on experience.
• Obtain necessary certifications including BLS, NRP, PALS, and maintain active licensing.
• Work every other weekend as required by facility scheduling.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a NICU setting.
• Valid RRT certification and applicable state license.
• Experience with EPIC charting system is a plus.
• Pediatric experience valuable for floating requirements.
• Certifications required: BLS, NRP, PALS.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
