Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 408 Bed Hospital Main OR = 14 ORs (1 Hybrid CV OR, 1 Cysto, 12 multipurpose ORs) Number of Staff 60 FTEs Type of staff: OR RN, CST, PCT, Anesthesia Tech, Service Line Lead RN, Tech Service Line Coordinator, Clinical Charge RN, Director, VP Day Shift 14-16 RNs, 14-16 CSTs, Clinical Charge RN x2 Night Shift Clinical Charge RN, OR RN x1, CST x 1 with call teams for Neuro, CVOR, and General Patient Ratios 1:1 Type of equipment Standard OR Equipment, Stryker Video systems, EMR - Meditech

Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Minimum of 1-year current hospital acute care experience BLS & ACLS Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. Circulate and scrubbing experience Meditech experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s): Angioplasty, appendectomy, biopsy and ortho/spine No transplant procedures Best personality Fit: Patient experience is a priority Good communication with staff and providers Adaptable to change

Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please feel free to attach unit policies and guidelines. On-Call is 5P -7P 1 day a week and weekend on-call is once every 6 weeks if the SSC Ortho doctor is on-call.
