The RoleAs a Senior Solution Owner, you will lead product delivery by bridging customer business needs with technical execution. You'll drive successful outcomes through strategic customer collaboration and effective team leadership.The Solution Owner will also be responsible for gathering business requirements from the customer, focusing on development, creating a roadmap to deliver the engagement on time ensuring the final product meets the required outcomes.Responsibilities include: Senior Solution Owners at Presidio take ownership of the success of the project and meeting the customer’s expectations. Responsibilities include:Discovery & PlanningDevelop and execute product roadmap with clear vision and strategyConduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, requirements gathering and use case definition sessionsIdentify project scope, success criteria, and metricsResearch market trends and business changes that impact strategyCreate release plans and set delivery expectationsWell versed with tools such as Miro / Lucid / VisioRequirements & AnalysisElicit and document business needs and stakeholder requirementsAnalyze requirements for completeness, consistency, and feasibilityTranslate business requirements into technical specifications, in consultation with architects and engineersCreate epics and user stories for development team in platforms such as JIRAConduct peer reviews of requirements with stakeholdersDevelop acceptance criteria for featuresDelivery & ExecutionPrioritize and maintain sprint backlogGuide team implementation of features and functionalityTrack requirements status throughout project lifecycleManage requirement changes meticulously and obtain timely stakeholder approvalsMitigate impediments to sprint goal completionEnsure delivered features meet customer requirementsStakeholder Management: Partner with stakeholders to communicate product visionManage expectations across internal and external stakeholdersBalance competing demands from different stakeholdersFacilitate effective communication between business and technical teamsIntegrate smoothly with client culture and team dynamicsRequired SkillsCritical thinkers and problem solvers with the vision to bring people, process and technology together effectively, to deliver technology solutions. Outstanding presentation and leadership skills with ability to engage, influence and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignmentExcellent client-facing communication skills both written and oral, along with strong listening, interpersonal and relationship building skills. Ability to craft and deliver succinct messages backed by supporting evidence, calibrated to the needs of executive audiencesProven experience with business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, verification, and methodology developmentDemonstrable skills across development methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, Kanban, Waterfall)Proficient in Confluence, Jira or other similar toolsExperience with Cloud service providers/ Microsoft O365 suite of toolsExcellent organizational and time management skills with attention detailsSkills And Knowledge Requirements: 12 + years of experience in solution ownership, data analytics, and sustainability initiatives.Experience in working with Application Development or Data analytics projects.Experience in working with various cloud services and platforms, such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.Experience in Agile methodologiesExperience in IT Project Management - Proficient in Confluence, Jira or other similar toolsExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team.Additional Desired Skills:Strong thought leadership, team building, motivational and customer service skillsAbility to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressureHighly self-motivated and directed, a self-starterPut business needs before technology.
