Enterprise Architect - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations

Principal Architect, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Long View is seeking an innovative and technology-driven Principal Architect to join our Dynamics 365 Consulting Team. The role will be based in Houston, Dallas, or Denver and will focus on strategic initiatives for our clients. A Day in the Life Support Long View’s Business Applications D365 Finance and Operations portfolio by working with customers and internal stakeholders, defining customer solutions, and delivering innovative engagements that exceed business requirements. Oversee design, architecture, and implementation of various Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations solution components, supporting solution consultants in other technical and business disciplines. Apply best practices for Organizational Change Management. Qualify strategic business solutions leads and sales opportunities with Account Managers, Client Services Managers, and Practice Directors or VPs. Participate in and contribute to the larger Long View team, sharing learnings and information. Collaborate with Service Realization to bring unique products and capabilities to market that complement Business Applications and Data Modernization services and technologies. Stay current with relevant industry certifications and accreditations aligned with key practices and technology partners. What You Bring 10+ years of industry experience working with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. 5+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum. Proven skills and background with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations presales and demos. Excellent communication skills for various audiences. Proficiency in workshop facilitation (envisioning workshops, art-of-the-possible sessions). Self‑motivation and drive to continuously improve and stay relevant in your area of expertise.
