Account Manager

Annie International, Inc. North Wales, Pennsylvania, (On-site) Due to company growth, we are adding more internal account managers to the team. Work directly with the VP as new accounts come on board. Developing an appropriate level of communication with clients and internal team members to better understand and mitigate any issues the customers may face after orders are placed. Responsibilities Work cross functionally within the company to communicate with all stakeholders in customers' success Create and maintain relationships with customers to better understand and achieve their needs Take orders from customers and enter data into computer system Manage inquiries and assist in resolving order issues Great personality to connect with clients. Qualifications US College education is required 2-3 years of experience account manager in consumer goods Work on ERP systems Strong Microsoft office and excel experience Work onsite 5 days a week (travel to work less than 45 min each way) Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role Willingness and ability to travel when needed (fully paid for by company) Travel about 10% #J-18808-Ljbffr
