Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Wealth Advisor Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, financial, technical, and organizational support to our Wealth Advisors. The role involves managing client relationships, preparing financial plans, coordinating meetings, and enabling the Advisors to deliver exceptional client service. Responsibilities Support Wealth Advisor in delivering exceptional services and potentially lead less complex client relationships. Apply advanced knowledge of wealth, investment, and financial planning processes. Prepare and recommend client financial plans, investments, and portfolio allocations. Assist in client meeting preparation, document discussions, and drive follow‑up actions. Mentor colleagues and provide oversight of work. Act as a secondary advisor and progress toward greater independence in client execution and relationship management. Understand client contracts, fee schedules, and onboarding processes. Maintain solid relationships with COI peers to support client team revenue. Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor’s degree. 4‑8 years of experience in wealth management or related field. CFP, CFA, CPA, JD, or MBA required. Advanced knowledge of financial planning concepts and processes. Proficiency with technology tools such as Salesforce, Portfolio Accounting Software, DocuSign, Microsoft Office, and financial planning software. Competencies in developing others and relationship/practice management. Detail‑oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills. Effective communication skills, both oral and written. High emotional intelligence and situational awareness. Proactive, self‑motivated approach with ownership of projects. Physical Requirements The position requires the physical ability to work in an office environment, including prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and operating a computer. The role may involve lifting up to 15 pounds and requires onsite work 4 days per week.
