Product Manager

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is seeking a Product Manager to support Revenue Marketing initiatives by turning business priorities into delivered solutions. This individual will partner with marketing, product, data, engineering, and architecture teams to gather requirements, manage backlogs, coordinate dependencies, and drive execution across multiple workstreams. The ideal candidate is an execution-focused Product Manager who can navigate complex environments, adapt to shifting priorities, and clearly articulate the business value behind the work. Experience supporting customer data, marketing technology, digital marketing, or customer experience initiatives is highly preferred.

Skills and Requirements

• 6+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business needs into delivered solutions.
• Strong requirements gathering and backlog management skills.
• Experience building roadmaps and driving execution.
• Ability to work across business, engineering, and data teams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing competing priorities and dependencies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to articulate the business value behind initiatives.
• Local to Orlando or willing to work onsite 3-4 days per week.
• Hospitality, travel, hotel, or timeshare experience.
• Revenue Marketing or MarTech experience.
• Customer Data Platform (CDP) experience.
• Experience with customer preference and identity resolution initiatives.
• Marketing data warehouse experience.
• Twilio Segment experience.
• Databricks experience.
• Microsoft Azure experience.
• Jira, Aha!, or Azure DevOps experience.
• Product certifications (CSPO, SAFe, Pragmatic).
• Experience supporting digital marketing or lead generation initiatives.
