Second shift picker/packer

Warehouse Picker/Packer

We are seeking experienced pickers/packers for second shift. Candidates with a background in warehouse, production, or manufacturing are preferred. We will also consider individuals with construction or general manual labor experience. This is a fast-paced, physically demanding role, so a strong work ethic and ability to lift 40–50 pounds regularly are required. The successful candidate will be a self-starter and capable of maintaining a high pace while meeting production goals.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload boxes
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (forklift experience preferred)
• Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
• Meet production quotas while maintaining a fast pace
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience
• At least 12 consecutive months at a previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing role
• Strong experience as a picker/packer
• Forklift experience preferred
• Able to lift 40–50 pounds throughout the shift
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic
• Steel-toe shoes required
• Availability to work on holidays when needed
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred

Schedule: Sunday through Thursday, 4 PM – 1–2 AM (overtime as needed)

Job Type: Full-time, evening shift 8–10 hour shifts
