These include Basic Life Support (BLS) or American Red Cross Basic Life Support (ARC-BLS) or BLS-Instructor (BLS-I), RN licensure (Single State RN or RN-Compact Multi-State), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or ARC-PALS or PALS-Instructor or PALS-Provisional (180 Days), Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) or Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses (ATCN) or TNCC-Provisional (18 Months), and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) or ARC-ALS or ACLS-Instructor or ACLS-Provisional (180 Days). Additionally, candidates should possess a minimum of less than 1 year of experience with direct patient care, be able to read, write, and speak English, demonstrate strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and exhibit critical thinking and time management abilities. Must be available for two 24-hour call shifts in an 8-week period, with a minimum of every other weekend and at least two major holidays and two minor holidays.
