Responsibilities: Assist the General Manager in daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and training. Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries or concerns. Supervise and support team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Monitor inventory, place orders, and ensure food quality standards are met. Help oversee cash handling and financial transactions. Maintain a clean and safe restaurant environment, following health and safety regulations.
