Assist customers with policy changes and billing questions. Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses. Support new policy sales. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Previous customer service experience preferred. Coachable and motivated.
