We're looking for a dependable, friendly Delivery Specialist who takes pride in delivering with care, accuracy, and a smile. What You'll Do Deliver member orders safely, accurately, and on time Load and unload products with care to protect quality Provide friendly, professional service at every delivery Communicate with the team about delays or member concerns Complete vehicle inspections and help keep the van clean and organized Work together with the team to ensure every delivery day runs smoothly What Success Looks Like In this role, success means: Members receive their orders on time and with exceptional service Deliveries are completed safely and accurately Communication is clear, and the team can count on you You take pride in representing Local Fare wherever you go What We're Looking For Valid driver's license and clean driving record (no moving violations in the past 4 years) Must be at least 25 years old for company insurance requirements Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Reliable, positive, and enjoys helping people Strong communication skills and attention to detail Delivery experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person Why Join Us Four-day workweek (Wednesday-Saturday) Competitive pay plus tips Employee discount on farm-fresh food Growth opportunities as our company continues to grow Be part of a local business that's making a difference for farmers and families #J-18808-Ljbffr
