Occupational Therapist Position

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking an Occupational Therapist to work in the Defiance, OH area for a top Rehabilitation company. This is a permanent position directly in with the company offering great mentorship and benefits!

Schedule and Benefits:

Job Duties:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide occupational therapy treatments to improve daily living skills, mobility, communication, and independence.
• Assess and recommend adaptive equipment, self-help devices, and environmental modifications.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and home strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation.
• Maintain a safe treatment environment and follow all clinical policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain equipment and company property in good working condition.
• Participate in continuing education and maintain required licensure and certifications.

Qualifications:

• Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice. (Or in the process).
• Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
