Benefits Analyst

Pride Health is hiring a Benefits Analyst to support our client's healthcare facility in Allentown, PA.

Schedule: 8-hour day, 8:30- 4:30, 9- 5 pm, with flexibility to do later hours and potentially 1-2 Saturdays during open enrollment

Location: Allentown, PA - 18101

Job Type: Local contract

Contract Length: 6 weeks, for Open Enrollment project.

Pay Range: $30- $34 per Hour on W2 *Pay offered is based on experience, expertise, credentialing, and education.

Duties:

• Respond to employee inquiries regarding health, life, disability, and retirement benefits.
• Assist with annual Open Enrollment, new-hire enrollment, and employee communications.
• Process life and AD&D insurance claims and retirement calculation forms.
• Maintain and update employee benefits enrollment in the Lawson HRIS system.
• Audit enrollment records and process HSA reversals and 401(k)/403(b) changes.
• Coordinate with benefits providers and resolve employee benefits issues.
• Support absence management plans and maintain accurate employee records.
• Deliver timely, accurate, and customer-focused HR support.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• License(s): NA
• Certification(s): PHR or SHRM-CP certification.
• 1 year of experience in human resources benefits
• Lawson or other HRIS experience.
• 2 years of benefits administration experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and high volumes of employee inquiries.
