Emergency Veterinarian

Description CARE Veterinary Center is looking for a full‑time Emergency Veterinarian to join our team as part of the Thrive Pet Healthcare community. Responsibilities You’ll provide emergency care for sick and injured patients while also managing hospitalized cases. You’ll assess and diagnose patients, develop and oversee treatment plans, and partner closely with technicians to ensure high‑quality execution of care. Your work will include performing surgeries, delivering critical care, and maintaining an exceptional standard of service for every patient who enters our emergency department. About CARE Veterinary Center At CARE Veterinary Center, we provide 24/7 emergency and specialty care to dogs and cats in the DC metropolitan area and the MD, WV, and PA tri‑state area. We offer Internal Medicine, Surgery, Rehabilitation, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Compensation Compensation is negotiable based on credentials and experience, with an annual PROSAL full‑time range starting at $180K/year. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
