Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical Unit

Role Overview: Provides direct medical-surgical nursing care, focusing on enhancing patient quality of life through evidence-based practices, patient advocacy, and collaborative care planning. Responsibilities: Develops and implements personalized care plans, performs assessments, identifies diagnoses, and evaluates patient outcomes. Coordinates with patients, families, and healthcare teams, ensuring culturally sensitive, ethical, and holistic care. Educates patients and promotes health and comfort. Demonstrates leadership, fosters a positive work environment, and applies scientific knowledge to clinical practice. May perform point-of-care testing and other duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with no prior experience required. Must hold a valid RN license and BLS certification in the respective state. Physical requirements include constant communication, mobility, and sensory use, along with occasional patient handling.
