Research Associate

JSG is seeking a Research Associate for our client in Wilmington DE. About the Role As a Research Associate, you'll lead application-focused research efforts, providing direct technical support to R&D initiatives. Your work will involve developing novel formulations, utilizing analytical techniques like HPLC, and collaborating with cross-functional teams including regulatory, marketing, and product development. This role offers a vibrant, fast-paced environment where your creativity and problem-solving skills will drive innovation and success. Pay Pay $29 to $35/hour depending on experience Required Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or Chemical Engineering Minimum of 3 years of industrial laboratory experience in research, product development, or technical applications Proficiency in analytical techniques, especially HPLC Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and creative thinking abilities Collaborative mindset with experience working within team-oriented research settings Nice to Have Skills Experience with industrial product formulation Knowledge of next-generation delivery technologies Familiarity with safety regulations and laboratory best practices Johnson Service Group, Inc.
