Accounts Receivable Specialist

An immediate opening is available at E&H Tubing, Inc. located in Brownstown, Indiana for an experienced full-time Accounts Receivable Specialist. This position would be responsible for the following Accounts Receivable job functions as well as supporting other departments with various tasks.

• Process customer invoices and ensure all invoices have the appropriate backup information.
• Work with customers to resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payment of invoices.
• Contact customers regarding overdue accounts via telephone, email and written communication.
• Provide aging reports and review customer aging on a weekly basis.
• Work closely with the sales, finance and customer service personnel.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Manage incoming phone activity.
• Other Accounting related tasks as deemed necessary

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Great attention to detail.
• Background in Accounting / Collections.
• Good communication and follow-up skills through email and over the telephone.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
