Territory Account Manager - SAINT LOUIS

Territory Account Manager (TAM) – Long‑Acting HIV Injectable Treatment Sales Team Location: USA – Missouri – Saint Louis Central Company: ViiV Healthcare – a global specialty HIV company focused on research and treatment. Responsibilities Deliver results through exceptional sales and service. Identify, target, and win new business by influencing HCPs to adopt new treatment. Engage with HCPs, nurses, staff, and administrators to understand clinical, organizational, and financial challenges. Leverage data analytics, business acumen, and market expertise to identify high‑priority prospects. Prepare and execute tailored business plans to help HCPs scale their treatment model. Coordinate and partner with cross‑functional team members to deliver an integrated product experience. Maintain a portfolio‑based selling mindset and ensure cohesive internal communication. Provide proactive customer service to anticipate and address HCP needs. Execute and adapt plans to achieve performance goals using KPIs and business problem‑solving. Develop and foster external relationships with key customers and thought leaders. Act in ways consistent with ViiV’s culture, values, and compliance guidelines. Escalate issues and risks when necessary and communicate openly. Understand and follow key compliance and regulatory guidelines. Basic Qualifications BA/BS degree. 5+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience. 3+ years of specialty sales experience. Ability to travel domestically, including overnight travel. Valid driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications Degree in Business, Marketing, or Life Sciences. Strong planning, organization, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Experience influencing and collaborating cross‑functionally in a matrixed environment. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Success in complex market access coverage situations. Experience with cold‑chain treatment products in HCP settings. Knowledge of HIV treatment and/or prevention markets. Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
