This leadership role offers the opportunity to manage client engagements, mentor team members, and contribute to the continued growth of the organization while working with a diverse client base.ResponsibilitiesLead assurance engagements for privately held companies heavy with nonprofit organizations and additionally within in professional services, retail, construction, and manufacturing.Build and maintain strong client relationships while serving as a trusted advisor.Review and prepare financial statements and related disclosures.Research and apply U.S. GAAP and other relevant accounting guidance.Manage multiple engagements simultaneously and ensure timely completion of client deliverables.Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff and managers.Coordinate engagement planning, execution, and reporting activities.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client service.
