Job Title

Registered Nurse – Operating Room

Location

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 8-hour shifts beginning between 5:45 AM and 9:00 AM | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care across up to 3 concurrently running OR suites, supporting an average of 9 cases per day
• Cover Pre-Surgery/PATT and PACU in addition to intraoperative responsibilities
• Support a variety of surgical specialties including General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Urology, Podiatry, and Cardiology (pacemakers, lead revisions, etc.)
• Participate in rotating weeknight, weekend, and holiday call; must be ready for incision within 30 minutes for STAT cases
• Clock in and out on-site per facility requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS certification
• Demonstrated experience in the OR across General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Urology, Podiatry, and Cardiology cases
• Experience in Pre-Surgery/PATT and PACU settings
• Ability to respond to STAT call cases and be ready for incision within 30 minutes

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Familiarity with Paragon EMR
• Experience in a multi-specialty OR environment with concurrent suite operations
