Anticipated start date in July.Key Responsibilities:* Ensure food and beverages are properly displayed and maintained throughout the event to provide a high-quality guest experience.* Open, modify, and close guests' checks using an electronic tablet.* Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guests receive friendly, courteous service at all times.* Serve food and beverages in a timely and gracious manner.* Thoroughly clean and organize the event area after the event, ensuring everything is returned to the catering facility promptly.* Stock, clean, and maintain your assigned location and equipment for smooth operations.* Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the menu and products available for guests.* Follow safety and sanitation policies to maintain a safe work environment.* Perform other duties as assigned to ensure a successful event.Qualifications:* Team player with a positive, friendly attitude and a passion for great service.* Previous food service experience is preferred, especially in high-volume settings.* Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, organized, and detail-oriented.* Ability to remain professional when interacting with high-profile guests, including donors, alumni, and former athletes.* Availability to work all UW-Madison Football games and a majority of events at the Kohl Center for the 2026-2027 season.* ServSafe Food Handler Certification & Alcohol Safety Certification (or willingness to obtain).* Ability to walk and stand for long hours in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.Apply to Levy today!Levy is a member of Compass Group USAClick here to Learn More about the Compass StoryCompass Group is an equal opportunity employer.
