• Experience: Prior GI procedural experience required, including ERCP, EUS, Endoscopy

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay package discussed upon application
• On-call compensation: $5,200 and below per 24 hours; holiday rate: $7,800
• Orientation: $262.50 (half of hourly rate after 8 hours)
• Additional stipends for callbacks and holidays
• Support for credentialing and EMR training provided

What You ll Do:

• Perform advanced GI procedures such as ERCP, EUS, Endoscopy, and GI Bleed evaluations
• Assess and manage inpatient GI cases, including urgent and scheduled procedures
• Collaborate with hospital staff in a Level 1 Trauma setting
• Document patient encounters accurately using EPIC EMR
• Provide consultative services on GI problem management
• Support hospital coverage needs during gaps and provider breaks

What You Need:

• Colorado Medical License or Active IMLC Certification
• Minimum 2+ years of GI procedural experience
• Proficiency in ERCP, EUS, Endoscopy, and GI bleed management
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume hospital setting

About the Assignment:
This opportunity is at a prominent inpatient facility in Lakewood offering Level 1 Trauma and 24/7 trauma services, with support from hospitalists and intensivists. The provider will cover urgent December cases and upcoming gaps through early 2025, performing a variety of GI procedures in a fast-paced environment.
