About the Position

We’re hiring a Client Relations Specialist to help manage day-to-day client communication and ensure customers receive responsive, professional support.

You’ll work directly with clients to answer questions, coordinate requests, provide updates, and maintain positive relationships. You’ll also collaborate with internal teams to make sure client needs are addressed efficiently and information is communicated clearly.

This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys working with people, takes ownership of follow-up, and can manage multiple client needs while staying organized.

Your Role on the Team

The Client Relations Specialist serves as an important connection between our clients and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include:

• Communicating directly with clients regarding questions, requests, and account needs
• Building and maintaining positive client relationships
• Providing timely updates and accurate product or service information
• Following up with clients to ensure questions and concerns are addressed
• Assisting with new client onboarding and account setup
• Coordinating client requests with internal teams
• Helping resolve routine account or service issues
• Maintaining accurate client information and communication records
• Updating account activity and client notes within CRM systems
• Monitoring open requests and ensuring appropriate follow-through
• Gathering client feedback and sharing relevant insights with the team
• Communicating service updates, promotions, and other relevant information
• Supporting overall client satisfaction and service quality
