Talento Search Group has an opening for a 1st shift Multicraft Maintenance Technician in Springfield, Ohio. This is a full time direct hire position and the pay range is $30-35 per hour, depending on experience.

 

Position Summary:

The maintenance technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and making repairs to all electrical and mechanical machines within the manufacturing facility.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and repair issues with manufacturing mechanical and electrical equipment to maintain production requirements
• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
• Recommend equipment and process improvements
• Repair hydraulic presses and other machinery
• Troubleshoot issues with PLC's
• Assist with the equipment installation and start up
• Complete work orders in a timely fashion

Experience Needed:

• Strong skill-sets in industrial mechanical and electrical repairs
• Prefer at least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience
• Knowledgeable of hydraulics and electrical AC/DC drives
• Experience with PLC's and automation
• HS diploma required - Associate's degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Engineering or Industrial Controls preferred
