Registered Nurse - Emergency Room | Lake Geneva, WI

Assignment Overview

We are seeking an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse to join our team in Lake Geneva, WI. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency care and be dedicated to providing patient-centered care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Assignment Details

• Assignment Type: Travel
• Shift Details: Day Shifts, 6-6p and 8-8p with rotational weekends
• Assignment Length: 36 hours per week
• Estimated gross weekly pay package: $2295 (negotiable)

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process and collaborate with interdisciplinary team members in caring for patients
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to approved nursing techniques, policies, and procedures
• Document patient care according to standards of care
• Perform assessments, planning, intervention, and evaluation of care
• Develop, initiate, and execute patient care plans as prescribed by a physician
• Participate in department performance improvement activities
• Provide clinical expertise and guidance to other units
• Utilize critical thinking regarding patient safety and escalate issues as needed
• Participate in the professional nursing continuum process and peer review

Qualifications

Required:

• Education verification
• WI RN Licensure
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS certifications
• TNCC or TNS certification
