Customer Experience & Product Support Specialist

In this role, you'll assist customers by answering questions, recommending products, confirming product compatibility, processing orders, and creating support cases when needed. Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by phone, email, chat, and social media
- Recommend products and confirm product compatibility
- Process orders and create support cases
- Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Deliver professional, friendly, and solution-oriented service
What We're Looking For:
- Outstanding communication and customer service skills
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Microsoft Office experience
- Previous customer support or administrative experience preferred
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
