Job Title: Education Assistant Program Manager

Location: On-Site, Wright Patterson AFB, Ohio

Employment: Full Time

Targeted Start Date: 30 SEP 26

What you will be doing:

We are seeking a dedicated Education Assistant Program Manager to support USAFSAM by coordinating education and training activities for staff and DoD medical personnel, including aerospace and operational medicine training, readiness and deployment requirements, continuing education credit oversight, credentialing support, and Warrior Training Center scheduling. This role will collect, monitor, analyze, and report training and readiness data; maintain SharePoint rosters; collaborate with USAFSAM, 711th, and field points of contact; identify training shortfalls and program barriers; support policy and program updates; and help ensure educational programs meet academic standards, operational needs, wartime readiness requirements, and organizational goals.

You Must Have:

• Must be able to provide proof of US Citizenship
• Must be able to pass a background screening
• Excellent interpersonal skills are required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills are required.
• Proficiency with word processing software, PowerPoint and SharePoint applications is required.
• Minimum of bachelor's degree, or 10 or more years' experience and at least 4 years of experience in a medical related environment.
• Knowledge and understanding of applicable Air Force and professional standards is mandatory.
• Knowledge of military and civilian guidelines that govern policy and procedure
• Knowledge, experience, and understanding of Comprehensive Medical Readiness Program, Training Affiliation Agreements, nursing competencies, and obtaining continuing education units.
• Proficient in and build Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, and PowerPoint presentations

Nice To Have:

• Prior instructional experience is highly desirable.
• Prior office management experience is highly desirable.
• Experience with Excel, spreadsheet and data collection
• Experience with Learning Management Systems is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of the Joint Trauma Service and Air Force Medical Service Clinical Practice Guidelines, and educational delivery methods.
