Caregiver Supervisor

Independent Home Health is growing, and we’re looking for a compassionate leader to join our team! Are you someone who loves helping people, solving problems, and being there when others need support? As a Caregiver Supervisor, you’ll be the connection between our caregivers, clients, families, and office team. You’ll spend time in the field, build relationships, and make a real difference in the care we provide. What You’ll Do Visit clients in their homes and coordinate caregiver meet-and-greets Build strong, supportive relationships with our caregivers Be a go-to resource when caregivers have questions or concerns Check in with clients and families to ensure they are happy with their services Help solve problems and address concerns quickly and professionally Support caregiver'songoing success Communicate with the office team and help keep services running smoothly What We’re Looking For Previous experience in home care, caregiving, healthcare, or supervision is a plus Dependable, organized, and comfortable taking initiative Strong communication and people skills Positive, professional, and compassionate attitude Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license What We Offer $50,000–$55,000 Annual Salary Mileage Reimbursement Paid Time Off Growth & Advancement Opportunities Supportive Team Environment Field-Based Role With Variety — No Sitting Behind a Desk All Day!
